Vipeape designs and builds solid-wood furniture and supports deliveries to all countries listed above. This page explains how Vipeape manages shipping and solves delivery issues for furniture orders. All prices are in USD, and nothing is due at delivery—import tax, duties, brokerage, and customs processing are included at checkout (DDP where eligible).


How Vipeape packs and ships furniture

Vipeape prepares each wood piece to handle tough transport using rigid panels, dense foam, and reinforced corner guards. Large parts are marked with “This Side Up” to guide handlers. Small items ship via parcel carriers; larger or heavier items move on specialized furniture freight. At checkout, Vipeape shows the full USD total (freight, handling, fuel, taxes, duties, brokerage if applicable). No payment is collected at delivery.

Notes for clarity

  • Estimated window: Checkout shows an estimated delivery range based on lead time + transit.

  • U.S. sales tax: State/local tax appears at checkout where required and is included in the USD total.

  • Incoterm: DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) for eligible international destinations—no customs charges at the door.

  • Payments: No COD. Accepted methods appear at checkout (major cards, PayPal, supported wallets), always charged in USD.

  • Address checks: Carriers validate addresses. If details are incomplete or restricted, Vipeape will request corrections before dispatch to avoid delays.


Where Vipeape delivers

Vipeape ships to the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Spain, Canada, Italy, Belgium, and Portugal.
Vipeape cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, or certain remote territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and some outlying islands in Europe or Australia). A standard street address is required for truck and liftgate access.
If an address is outside the listed countries, has vehicle restrictions, or involves tight stairs/elevators, contact Vipeape first so options and any third-party add-on services can be reviewed.


Carriers and service levels

  • Parcel networks: UPS, FedEx, USPS (limited small U.S. parcels), and DHL Express for international routes serving the countries above.

  • Furniture freight (LTL): Bulky or heavy pieces ship on liftgate trucks with curbside delivery (ground level at the driveway or curb). Curbside service does not include in-home placement, stairs, assembly, or packaging removal. Freight partners typically call or text to schedule a window. Palletizing and stretch-wrap may be added for protection.

  • Signature control: For select high-value shipments, an adult signature (18+) may be required; your tracking email will state when this applies.

  • Extra details: Parcel carriers generally make up to 3 attempts before holding at a local facility or access point; ID may be required for pickup. If “Authority to Leave” is allowed and selected, risk transfers after a successful scan at the delivery point (not available when a signature is required).


Lead time vs. transit time

  • Lead time: time before pickup for inspection, packing, and labeling.

  • Transit time: time after the carrier collects the shipment.

Business days are Monday–Friday (EST); U.S. federal holidays are excluded. International routes may need extra time for security and customs. Severe weather, local holidays, labor actions, or network backlogs can add 1–3 business days. Address changes after dispatch may require a reroute fee and can delay delivery.
Cut-off: Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM EST usually enter processing the same business day.


Rates and timeframes (USD, furniture only)

All amounts below appear at checkout. Flat rates and free-shipping thresholds are fully inclusive. Recipients pay nothing at the door.

Furniture specifics: Solid wood is dense and often oversized, so carriers may use dimensional weight. Dining tables, media units, and other case goods commonly ship LTL with liftgate and cargo insurance. Multi-item orders may be split into separate cartons to reduce risk; when helpful, cartons are banded on a single pallet. Vipeape subsidizes part of the freight, and the reinforced packing and total due are shown clearly at checkout.


Taxes, duties, and customs (international)

For deliveries to UK, FR, DE, ES, IT, BE, PT, AU, and CA, Vipeape ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Import VAT/GST, duties, brokerage, and customs processing are included in the USD total at checkout. Do not pay the driver. If anyone asks for payment at delivery, contact Vipeape immediately.
U.S. orders: Any required state/local sales tax appears at checkout and is included in the USD total.
Documentation: Commercial invoice, packing list, and HS codes accompany each international shipment to support fast clearance.


Order processing and dispatch

  • Most furniture moves into final checks and packing within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM EST usually begin the same business day; later confirmations start the next business day.

  • Pre-order or made-to-order items ship after completion; the order confirmation shows an estimated ship-by date.

  • If a cart includes items with different lead times, Vipeape may split-ship ready items or hold to consolidate. The confirmation will state which method applies.

  • Support hours: messages receive a reply within 1 business day (Mon–Fri, EST).

  • Fraud & verification: To protect accounts, Vipeape may request order verification (e.g., address or payment checks). Missing information can delay dispatch.


Origin and staging facility

19613 Temple Ave, South Chesterfield, VA 23834 is Vipeape’s primary dispatch point for shipments to the U.S., UK, FR, DE, AU, ES, CA, IT, BE, and PT.
Terminal holds: Freight terminals can generally hold freight for 3–5 business days; storage beyond that window is billed at carrier cost.


Access, placement, and assembly

Many items ship partially disassembled to protect load-bearing parts and make setup easier. An illustrated guide and a basic tool (often an Allen key) are included. Typical assembly time is 20–30 minutes with two adults on a clean, soft surface.
If your building has tight corners, small elevators, gated entries, stair carries, or truck limits, notify Vipeape before shipment so options can be arranged. Room-of-choice placement, stair carries, packaging haul-away, and exact-time appointments are available as upgrades at third-party rates.
Possible carrier-cost fees include missed freight appointments, liftgate refusals, address corrections after dispatch, and re-delivery. If refusal is due to visible carrier damage noted with the driver, Vipeape will handle the claim and no re-delivery fees apply.


Tracking and updates

When a shipment departs 19613 Temple Ave, South Chesterfield, VA 23834, Vipeape emails a confirmation with a tracking link. Please allow 24–72 hours for scans to appear. International pallets may show “label created” until a terminal assigns the freight. If there is no movement after 72 hours, contact Vipeape so the carrier can be checked.
Status visibility: The Estimated Delivery range on the tracking page updates as carriers scan through hubs.


Damage, loss, or other issues

Please inspect packages at delivery. If an item arrives damaged, notify Vipeape within 72 hours and include the order number plus clear photos or a short video of the outer carton, inner packing, and affected areas. Note visible damage with the driver when possible and keep all packing until next steps are confirmed.
For small cosmetic issues, Vipeape can often send replacement parts or a touch-up kit quickly.
If tracking shows no progress for 7+ days, or delivery has not occurred within 14 business days from ship date, contact Vipeape. Once the carrier confirms loss, Vipeape will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund in USD.
Refused or undeliverable shipments caused by repeated missed appointments or incorrect addresses may return to sender. Vipeape can re-ship after address verification and payment of any return, storage, or re-delivery fees at cost.


Changes and cancellations

Orders that have not entered packing or shipped can be canceled—reach out as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of purchase. After handoff to the carrier, cancellation isn’t available. After delivery, see Vipeape’s Return & Refund Policy.
For international orders to UK, FR, DE, ES, IT, BE, PT, AU, or CA, cancellation isn’t available once customs clearance is complete. Address changes after dispatch may incur reroute fees and delays.
